Egor Savelyanov was born in 1999 and had been studying Composition at the Moscow Conservatory (class of Professor Yuri Kasparov) since 2019. He took part in reMusik.org in 2020, was trained a trainee of the Tenth International Academy of Young Composers in the Tchaikovsky city (2020), was a student of the Eleven International Academy of Young Composers in the Tchaikovsky city (2021), was a participant of the Composer’s Readings in Moscow (2020) and a participant of the Dostoevsky Opera 200 laboratory (opera “Stars are Made of Fire” was written and performed there) (2021). He have been a Participant of the Russian-French laboratory reMusik.org with Ensemble C Barré (2021). I am also the holder of a personal scholarship from the Union of Composers of Russia (2020). He was a finalist of the Creative Laboratory of Contemporary Composers “Open Space” (2021) and participant of master classes from: Dmitri Kourliandski, Oscar Bianchi, Raphael Cendo, Sergey Nevski, Andrew Toovey, Alexander Khubeev, Vladimir Rannev, etc. He have participated in various composition competitions since 2012. He’s laureate of international and all-Russian competitions, including the international competition New Music Generation (1st place), the International Competition SAMAL (1st place) , etc.
